This page explains what we store, what we do with it, and the simple limits of a one-time sharing app.

What we collect

If you create an account, we may store basic account details such as your email address and login provider.

When you create links, we store the content or file you share, plus metadata like expiry, views, and timestamps so the link can work.

How we use it

We use your data to create and deliver one-time links, show your dashboard, handle payments, and keep the service running.

If you allow analytics, we may collect simple usage information to understand which pages and flows people use.

How long we keep it

Shared content is meant to be temporary. We remove or clean up content after it has been opened, expired, revoked, or otherwise no longer needed.

Some logs and billing records may be kept longer when needed for operations, support, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to run the app, including hosting, storage, authentication, and payments.

Those providers may process data on our behalf so the app can function.

  • Vercel for hosting
  • Supabase for storage and auth
  • Stripe for payments

A simple heads-up

OneTimeShare is not marketed as a guarantee of perfect secrecy. If something is extremely sensitive, you should assume a viewer could still copy it while it is on screen.
